Customization could someone change the color

I would like to know if someone could change the color of a template for me. photoshop is required which i don't have I M french said she would then said she didnt like my website.. well here is the url > http://wqkb.com that template i do not need to be change but the free one on freewebsitestemplates like it i would like to have a lite blue or blue color.. I am makeing a new internet radio station since wqkb is doing so well.. the new station name is gspotradio.com.. and i like this template but i would like it in a lite blue color..

 

It's LMFRENCH and you know what, I have -this- much patience with you right now because of the nasty PM you sent me. I spend a lot of time helping people...actually going above and beyond for people on this site...and I enjoy every minute of it...usually, when I find someone demanding and rude, I just want to snap. You have to understand that we get A LOT of requests for help on this forum, and honestly it's a miracle that any of us can keep track of them. So if you think I "don't really like to help people" as you so nicely quoted in your message to me why don't you take the time to ask these people I'm listing their usernames so you can ask them just how much I "don't like helping people":

Do I need to keep going? No I don't think I do, I am not asking for praise or a pat on the back the people I help are very grateful and respectful...usually... and I don't mind helping you out as well, but do NOT send me nasty PM's or post condescending statements such as this!

Hey LMFRENCH, it's ok. You do lots of work on here I know this was a few months back but wan't to encourage you with that.

Let me tell you something Wildman aka. Barry...Dont even think about forming G Spot Radio saying its your own!! We have been running G Spot Radio online since 2003. the minute you even try to run it..You will be notified legaly and be forced to remove the site from the internet ASAP!!You think we are stupid and we dont know what your doing?/ Man are you in for a rude awakening my friend...you have been warned!!!
