Hmm.... some problems with the construction template. When I click on tabs in the top menu bar (Home, Products, Services, Testimonials etc.), the mouse scrolling stops working for me. odd ...

 

it is normal

I think it is normal to see mouse scroller not working when you click inside flash area in web pages.

 

Here's another template - Heart Pink flash template and maybe you can use it for valentine.

 

I liked Stationery template most of all. It looks really impressive and lively.
If to speak about Construction template I would prefer more images at some pages.
I’ve also noticed that you fill Contact us pages with plain text while it’s more user friendly to provide site viewers with a contact form.
Heart pink template also looks nice but it’s a little bit tiring to see a blank page every time I switch from one page to another.
Though, my general opinion from browsing your templates is really positive.
