Legacy Communist party logo modification

    Howdy folks, I'm new here and I need some help from you guys. My request is really simple.

    I want this logo to be modified.

    I only need the hammer to be replaced by a rapier type sword and I'd like the color of the logo to be a metallic blue. I want the background to be silver. I also need a font saying "Parti des Gens du Peuple" on the blade of the rapier. It's really not much but I haven't got the tools to do that. I'd be really grateful and I'd be willing to pay a fee for the modification. Thanks in advance.
