Web Design Colour

    i am currently trying to edit the colour of one of the templates from this site on page 6 called Salt and soap template!


    ive tried so many different ways but i can not seem to edit the colour of the bakground of where the text is. also the colour of the menu.

    i was wondering if anyone could help me how to change it!

    i kniow how to change the background of the main page but not the indvidual places like where the text is.

    currently im usin frotn page if any one could help ?
