Legacy Club Badge needed please

Hi There

I want a team badge designed for my new football team (soccer) you have helped me out with my other two so wanted to see if you could again.

2) Its a website for my football team all news and results and we will eventually use the badge on our kit
3) designs : I am giving you artistic license but am giving you some ideas so your not lost: these are all pictures of a Phoenix which is what i want a phoenix in the shield the first one is my fav:

4) as for size It needs to be less than 2mb and must be a PNG, JPEG or GIF file otherwise my site wont load it
5) Colors red, orange (fire colours) and black please
6) I am looking for a shield design
7) I want the year 2009 incorporated in the badge
8) I want the name of the club Canvey Phoenix over the top of the main shield and the words Football Club underneath the shield please

Hi There

The image maybe put on clothing so do what you think is best as forf copy right i am not sure I just went on yahoo and typed in phoenix and thats what came up under images, do what you think is best I trust you.
