    Hi All,

I have a new team being set up and have sketched a logo which I want. It needs cleaning up and professionalising which I know is what you all do best!

Can someone please take a look at it? The clubs kit is going to be claret and light blue. The sketch is on lined paper unfortunately which doesn't help whoever is brave enough to attempt this. (PS Please ignore my poor attempts to draw flowers! These can be omitted)

    Many thanks,
    Mike

    "It needs cleaning up"
I just read the first line in the post and wasn't expecting what I saw, then I read the rest of the post.
    OH COVERTPEA WHERE ARE YOU...........
Believe me when I say she's the one you need.
Just remember she is in BIG demand.

While you are waiting try the Introduce Yourself Forum or any of the other forums around the board.

    The team name -
Is it Albion Letchworth FC or Letchworth Albion FC?
Can you point me to a url of a pic showing shirt colours please?

You've done a great job of the sketch, VERY helpful!

    Cheers Mike

Hey. Sorry for the lack of information and many thanks for the replies!

The kit image is attached above.

The team is called Letchworth Albion FC.

CP, people tell me you have magical abilities with photoshop! Please work your magic with this logo! :D

    Hi Mike,
I tried to keep to your sketch but a few things kinda looked odd.
Getting the originally requested text and 3 horseshoes to 'balance out' well was a real pain.
Also, IMHO the stripes are a tad over-powering. Below are smaller copies showing the with and without.
Let me know what you think.

You've probably heard all the common praise in the world, so I'll try a different one: GOOD GOLLY GOSH! That's amazing.

It's funny you picked up on the three magnets thing, because that is one of the key elements of the badge. I should have mentioned this earlier! The town Letchworth, is based on 3 balanced principals (hence the magnets).

Anyway we can add the thrid magnet in there somewhere?!

Other than that one thing, it looks absolutely spot on! Thank you so much!

One other thing that may work is the badge attached. What do you think of it, CP? I only knocked this up out of Word and Paint.

I think the newer one is more simple and will work better if we could use the claret and blue colour scheme and add the 3 magnets.

Thanks CP i really appreciate your efforts!

You can't send THAT off to the printers! :)
The above image is a smaller version (low rez) of the original.

Attached zip contains the crest in two sizes. (smaller if needed for your site.)
    Both have transparent backgrounds.

    Cheers and good luck
    CP

Let me know when you have the file downloaded so I can remove it from the forum.
