CSS Change Navigation from Vertical to Horizontal

    Hello All,

    I downloaded the fiberglass template (https://freewebsitetemplates.com/preview/fibreglass) and I've been trying to change the navigation from vertical to horizontal, and then make the header above that with 2 columns. I would prefer to have this accomplished through css rather than tables.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
