Legacy Challenge, Band Logo Please

Hey guys,
My name is Austin and I'm the lead singer for a local band called "Taken Into Account". We are an emo hardcore group, and we've been having trouble getting a band logo, we've had trouble even thinking of ideas. If your intrested we'd be very thankful but we are being a little picky. We don't want blood, gore, or crossbone and stuff like that. We would like something grim but not over done, also we don't want the name to be the logo, we would prefer a picture with our name around it.
