Closed billy idol template

hey, im making a billy idol fan site, was wondering if you guys could help me out! i dont want a basic menu on the side, and a box for content, i want a completely custom one, and if theres anyone kind enough to take some time over msn aim yahoo or something to help me out, that'd be greatly appreciated!!
