Legacy Another Radio Logo

Hi there, I am a webmaster from Romania. I am not into graphics at all, but we have a school project (The Journalism Department) which is called Radio Nord-Est FM. It is a radio young journalists learn how to deal in a radio station. I have to design the radio's webpage, but I found out that they have no logo. As I said, I know little about graphics and therefore, I am unable to produce one by myself. I cannot buy one, as online transactions are not accepted in Romania, for the moment, so It's my last resort to ask for one. If anybody can help me, please answer this thread.
