Legacy Animated Logo

    Hey i have a logo and the .PSD File here i need someone to animate it to make the blue swirl around the text rotate smoothly, and also the background animated to act like Disco lights if possible.

    Heres the Image if you need the PSD File send me a PM or Post here.
