Legacy Amatueur Football Club requires logo

    Good evening,

    Firstly may I thank you for reading this and wish you all a prosperous and fortunate 2012

    I am writing to ask for your assistance in creating a logo for my sunday morning football side.

    Club name is – Broxbourne Athletic or B.A.F.C
    Club motto is – consilio et animis
    Founded / Established / E.S.T 1996

    Amateur Football club

    4) Search the Internet for any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
    the style you are looking for?

    Historically, Broxbourne has links to the ‘Hospitalers’ – I would like to use their badge and adapt the colours to suit our club and to carry our motto – “Consilio et animis”

    Hello Dan,

    Shouldn't be any problems with your request. The Hospitalers logo has been released under 'creative commons' so there's no worries about copyright.

    What shade 'orange' are you after? Dark burnt orange, mid orange or a fluro orange. (see, asking for just 'orange' aint that simple! :D

    As for the script font, I'd advise against something so flashy for a footy badge. But if that's what you really want...

    Now -
    Being that it's the silly season there's no telling just how long this will take as we're all fairly busy with family, holidays etc.

    So in the meantime, (and as a kind gesture of giving back to our lil' community here) please check round the forums and see if you can help out others with reviews or answer questions you may have a little knowledge of.

    Good morning, and thanks for your swift response

    Here is the kit we will be wearing next season - Nike Teamwear - Football Shirts - Nike Energy Long Sleeve Jersey - Team Kits - Orange Blaze-Black

    Im worried that if our badge contains lots of orange then it wont be shown as our logo is likely to be printed onto the left sided breast area - ( which is orange )

    In regards to font , maybe something direct but with a latin / historical / aged hint to it - or even flashy for the "Broxbourne Athletic" and fancy italic for the latin motto????

    I shall deffo be taking a look around the site to see if i can assist anyone :D
