Graphics Anybody quickly edit this picture for me - please?

    Hi,

    Would somebody please edit the following picture for me, I just want all the desktop icons, toolbar and gadgets taken off. I am sure it would not take long for somebody who is good with Photoshop or Paint or whatever to do it.
