General I need Help : Have you seen this template or very similar to it

Hello All.

Please, Please Help me find this template.
I got it from one of those free template sites like templatebox.net but for some reason, I no longer can find it. I know things change all the time (daily, hourly, etc) but I am hoping someone out there can really help me.

One person is saying that I took the template from his site but I swear that I downloaded this particular one from a free source template site like this forum. Please help.

In case you don't find the proofs of that you got the design from a free database you can easily change it all into a new design. That's not always that bad as a matter of fact. Just position it to your visitors as a redesign, visitors love that. Just make sure to keep the link structure the same so it would harm your SEO.
Anyways don't take it as a tragedy.
