General wordpress plugin help

    I need something with that can preview templates and allow people to download and rate them...

    something like this:
    Get Free Web Designs: Free XHTML and CSS Web Design Templates - GetFreeWebDesigns.com
    Open Design Community - Download Free Web Design Templates - OpenDesigns.org (both sites use the same plugin but different design and they do not have rating)

    Free web templates, free css templates, free wordpress themes - Template Basics (they have stars as rating but I don't really like the way they display preview)

    so I would probably like something mixed from those websites... any ideas what wordpress plugin can help me?:)
