Wish to add a button

    Hello
    I am french, and completely new in web design (sorry for the 2 items ... :()
    I did download the NGO template, succeeded to edit, but do not understand how to add a 6th button on the top menu to call a new page.
    Adding a <li> <a href="newpage.html">newpage</a> </li> between the <ul> is not enough ... Something to do with the css ?
    Can somebody explain me ?
