Is this a website? Did you try emailing either the owner or can you find which company designed it?

    No idea.
And, its kind of hard to tell from just looking.
Do what John said, try asking the owner of the site.

Yes Panda, it is an image of a font.
But it still started as a font somewhere along the line.

Mcx76 - Crop your image down to display just the 'splash' font and send it to
http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ and they'll put it through their recognition system.
I like the style and would be curious to know which one it is too, although I think it might possibly be one of Rob Leuschke's script fonts.

I think the simpliest way to find our is contact the site owner. I believe he/she will be pleased to hear that the site font looks so impressive that you want to use it in your own web site

Ok let me further explain this. The Word SPLASH is an image. It was a graphic designed by the artist to make it seem more interesting. NOT A FONT.

Thank you for your clarifying your point Hidden Panda.

Mcx76 - The 'font' is called Rapier LET and is a pay-for font.
    Hope this helps.

Why would you want to do that with CSS?
Just make it an image, and integreat it into your computer.
