Others Website template for a forum website

i want a tempelate for a website forum..the forum should be easy to be use and user friendly.....like this .....http://www.eforum.com/ and https://freewebsitetemplates.com/forums/
header should be dark in colour(blue) and other colours should be very light white prefferably white
i like forum very much do something same to it....
name of the web site will be "Asian Forum"
it would be better if it has facebook and twitter login application already installed
