Websites Website design help

Can anybody give me their opinions of the design so far? If it's not too much trouble, i would love some design imput too. What should i do with it now? I'm at an end right now.
I don't know what would look good with it.

Ok well first off its very simple and buisness like. Thats good (I see its a education website) i think it will be good for what you are doing. I do recommend you let me design a professional banner logo to go at the top. Im a professional designer, so i could do it

 

Any help offered would be great.
I'm at a loss as to what to do with it now. I've been designing it as a website template to let people download for free off my website, but I've been thinking about using it myself. lol
I'm on a design spree, but found out i can't match colors that well...

 

It would be really nice in blue as well i think Heck i would download it
