Suggestion Regarding the Post

Our posts are under moderator approval every time we post, once we posted some stuff and tried to retrieve the posts we cannot do it. There is no option like this, due to which we are unaware of what we posted until moderators approves them. Since we are engaged in few topics then it is hard to remember them right. My suggestion to admins is "can you place any button to retrieve the messages that are under moderator approval". So that we can do some modifications and then post instead of searching each post.
