Closed simple and attractive template

Hello admin,

I find several but i can't find. I am looking for a simple and attractive for GraniteSandstone . com. I want to manage all content as I put in this site already, but want to change look attractive.

I am looking for simple functions as header should be use flash image, top menu bar, white color body for clear content, adsense section on top of content and side near content. left side menu where new page's link can add simply. footer may be colored that can attract to all. one more important things, heading, menu, footer and adsense sections should be include file so can change everytime in single file and result must show all files.

I want to earn from adsense, affiliate with showing granite and sandstone products because this field is very important to me. I can pay some money but i don't have much more money for invest. can i find this or not. I am waiting valuable reply.
