What do you mean by "all pages with the same layout"? What kind of layout are you looking for? It isn't stated in your request. Perhaps some visual examples would help?

In order to help our designers come up with something that is suitable for you, you'll need to decide on the colour scheme you would prefer. The more specific you can be, the better
