Requesting a football crest

Hi, im hoping to find someone who could kindly create a crest for a team that is being newly established. Had a few attempts myself using old paint shop pro skills, but I lack the finishing touches. Any help would be appreciated.

1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
FC North of England

2) Description of your website or business:
We are an amateur football club looking for an official badge for use on kit, tracksuits and as profile pictures on our facebook page. (pages not created fully yet)

3) Search the Internet for any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
the style you are looking for?
Like the simplicity of this, something like this could be great. Would be very happy with changing a little also..

5) Requested size of your logo:
High resolution, Need to be good quality when large.. thanks

6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
I don't have any.. But things that we would like to be included are the angel of the north, a magpie, a football and the Tyne bridge can let the designer play around with the styling etc

7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
Text and image, will leave to designer as never done this

8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
Black, white and light blue..

9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
red

10) Describe the target audience for your logo
to wear on shirts , training wear etc and to give a professional outlook to sponsors, opponents league officials etc.

11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
a football professionalism, North of England

12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
The logo will be seen on our facebook (in future) and on all club clothing
