Web Design Real Estate Template-need Help

Hi,
I have successfully uploaded this template and is sitting on my server-http://www.practico-africa.com. I have changed most things.
However, when I look at the index page, I cant see most HTML text which I want to change.

For instance, where is the Header HTML???

Another example, looking at this code-

You dont see the other information which appears on the site, the words "-30% off........" are missing. Does this mean that these words are tied to the image file?

Yes, kobira,
the "30% off" section is an image. But you can change it if you want to. Just find the image here: /images/title_special.gif than download it, change it in photoshop (or any other graphic editor) and upload the new file with the same name. that's all!

That helps. Any other comments that you might have? look at my site and advise me whenever you get a moment. I need to create a template to add new pages but I dont know what to keep or leave from the index page.Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Actually I was unable to go to your website, there must have been some server problems or something. Error: Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.practico-africa.com

Anyways, you might wanna fix that first.
