Web Design PS pro needs help with Tables and imagemaps

Ok so i got the template and have changed quite a few things in the photoshop file to fit the look i want,i changed so many things ive deleted the original table and want to make a new one. Ive looked at some tuts but havnt found any that focus on the frames when importing from PS to Dreamweaver. i have a few questions, if someone could help answer them it would be very helpful.

1. do i have to make a table i dreaweave first that matches my PS one. how do i do this.
2. do i put a table aound my whole menu or just the menu links seperately.
3. What are seperators needed for other then asthetics(webdesign noob)
4. What do i do when i want to make another page of the site. Is it a completely new PS age or somthing i need to do in HTML. The page would retain the main elements ie menu etc but the content of one of the Frames would change

 

does anyone know any good tutorials for this method ?
