    Hi,

I have downloaded the Night Club 2 template. I am actually trying to modify it to be used by my daughter's dance studio. I have no idea what Photoshop is doing. The text "NIGHT CLUB" is on 3 layers. I can modify only the text layer to say what I want. The other layers continue to say "NIGHT CLUB". How do I change all 3 layers so that the name of the dance studio looks right?

You've probably noticed that those 3 layers are made up of:
Layer 41 = Transparent to black gradient
Night Club = White plain text
(Text Layer) Night Club = Bright blue plain text
On their own, each text layer looks pretty drab but the 3 together add up to the cooler looking finished heading you see on the template.
So you change the wording to maybe, "Dance" on the main (Text Layer) using the same bright blue. In order to keep that cool heading the other 2 need to be changed as well.
    OR
You could delete the 2 layers above (Text Layer) Night Club leaving just that boring blue text and add a nice layer style to it.
Be sure you're on the text layer, click on the little "f" at the bottom of the layer palette, click on "Blending Options.." and then "Styles". Click on the different samples in the list and when/if you find one you like, click OK.
Below is a sample of the basic text before and after a layer style was added.
    OR
(and this is the lazy way :p) You could tell us what text you want and we can change it for you.
