Closed Online magazine/newspaper template needed

    I'm publishing an online Caribbean magazine/newspaper and I'm having a lot of trouble designing it - not getting the tables to "line up" or "layout' as I want. Is a template the answer? Can I have one please?

    A template defintly makes it easy to set up your site. Or you have to do is add the content and its done. Imj a little busy to make a template but if yu search around there are stacks of sites thats offer free templates.
