Could you give us more information (perhaps an example website) of what you mean by "features to let the registered customers upload/modify/delete their advertisements"? Perhaps you can also let us know what your company does.

It will help us a lot if you let us know what is simple, e.g. one header and one navigation bar with links to two pages: "About Us" and "Home". Better yet, give us the URLs of websites which you envision yours to look like. Doesn't have to be exactly the same, but the look and feel of it.

Again, more information will help. By yes, do you mean you have copyright-free images or photos that we can use in the template making? If so, please upload the photos by dragging and dropping them into the text editor when you reply.
