Websites New site...

I've used one of the templates here, and am using the really cool CMS called Leap (which I offered to help work on)
I'm still working on perfecting the design for me.
But, I want to know how you all think I'm doing.

I liked your design especially your logo. I have only one suggestion. What about leaving more space for text area?

 

The text area expands as I put more text in...its dynamic.

I don't really like how their website is made.

I have 1.
I have yet to upload the many others.
I've been working on other things.
But, I'll go upload a few more now.

 

I like it, especially the logo. I think it could look better if the section with the main links was integrated more with the logo though...rather than in it's own box which is blended in to the logo. Maybe you could expand the logo background down a bit and have the links in there.
I'd probably lose the italics as well.
