Looks pretty decent.
But, definitely needs a little more work!

Well.
In FF3, towards the bottom the color breaks, and you just see the bg. (gotta fix that)


In your title, it says jaybord (should be bird).

When you hover over the menu links, they should change colors.

I love how when you over over a picture it shows that gallery link, but when you hover over the gallery link, it should change colors.

If I have anymore, I'll add.

Good points, my laptops gone and it had ff, so i wasn't paying attention to that.

You've created a splendid template.
Not sure if you are aware of this but main navigation bar isn't shown. I see white spaces where Home, About Us and other buttons should be.

Can't figure why there is little white boxes over the links like that? Viewed in ff fine and ie. What version is your browser?

Ya, it's going to take some hunting to find were that < is. I believe its comming from one of the gazillion files associated with OR. I'm workin on the color change.

Frankly speaking I use IE. Probably I have some wrong settings if I'm the only one who sees blank spaces

 

Really Great work!!! But to my mind, this template doesn't suite real estate subject matter. You have used pleasant warm colors, really attractive pictures of nature. And all this is associated with joy, sunshine, and the tropics. It could be a perfect travel template
