heya i've recently downloaded the callofduty 2 theme, once i extracted this i had 4 different files a folder full of images, PSD file, html file and a CSS file.

I then opened the photoshop file and edited it to my needs and then saved this as a seperate PSD file. So now i have all the previous files and the new edited PSD file.

This is where i need the help im unsure on what to do next, i've got a web hoster and a ftp file to get the template site on the website but no idea whats codes etc i should use.

I would be grateful of any help given to me :)
