Graphics Need help polishing a header

    Hello everyone. I am not very good at designing website related stuff. I would appreciate if anyone can help me polish this header up that I basically just took from the net and strech it bigger. The size I am looking for is 891*121. Once I do that, the cow on the left side becomes fuzzy and a bit blurry. This header is for a website for a community school class. I would also appreciate if you could suggest other mods to make the header more children friendly. Thanks a lot
