Closed need a template for a bike website

hey all,

i am in need for a new template for my site, (www.melbourneriders.com)
as the 1 i have now is a bit standard,

if its coll ill run out some stuff i want done

can i please have

*just a standard white background
*the melbourne riders logo in the top left of the site
*space to be able to put a banner in the top right
*the links u see on the existing site be put on this one, except across the top below the banner
*(if u can do this) have a log in for users to log in and re drect to forum,
* a hit counter below the log in box's
then in the main screen below the sub-link box's can i have a rectangle square with the welcome in it,
* then in the main bit can i have 3 box's with a pic and a bit of text that i can link to the main story

sorry to be picky but i thank you HEAPS for this.
