Graphics Matching size of slice with original image

Hi - is there an easy way to ensure your images from within photoshop (PSD format) are the exact match of the jpeg images in the template directory after editing and slicing them. I've tried dragging the orginal jpeg image file on the psd but it still hard to line up. Thanks.
