Graphics Mask Ghraphics :D

Hi everyone. Not sure if anyone remembers me, but i was once an active member here. Anyway, i've been in the gaming community where I make these "masks".

This is what the base mask looks like:

Now, i want to create the same colors that or an this mask:

Not the horns, just the mask color effects. How can i create the same color effects?

I hope you can understand me... even though i suck at explaining
