Legacy Logo Help

I am a graphic designer but I am having trouble coming up with a new logo for my company. My wife and I just started our photography business and are in dire need of a new logo. Our current logo is very urban and if anyone knows, photography logos are generally very subtle and elegant. I dont have time to create a new one because I have a 8-5 job and photoshoots take up alot of my time. I hope you guys can help us out.

2) We are a photography company specializing in all kinds of photography.

3) I dont have a specific logo I like but something with fading boxes and maybe a camera lens? It doesnt have to be complicated.

4) If the logo could be a .ai or .psd file it would be great. that way I can customize the opacity and lay it over photos.

5)I dont have any specific photos but some pictures on my site have my urban logo for you to look at.

6) Colors are generally not important.

He's been here for the day and has helped out instantly. This is what others need to see & artoledo I don't mean to be rude but you are a graphic designer but you can't come up with the logo? Is it something particular? or you just need that extra help on design ideas? but I don't mind doing it though

 

Like I said, I really don't have much time due to work, the photography and my 15 month old twins. Trust me, if I had the time I would do it. But like I said, I can help out with whatever I can. Thanks!

woops that bottom left circle has misplaced and I havn't got the program on the computer that i'm on but it's originally meant to be in the bottom left white square so image it like that if you can lol

 

I like it but I think the sqaures could be smaller. Maybe something along the lines of this?

Oh and I just spoke with my wife. She feels we need the font to be more of a soft script or handwritten feel. She doesnt want it to be so corporate looking. She wants people to be captivated by the font and feel welcomed and wanted.

 

I'll leave it to GG, was just keeping busy while watching something.

 

Thanks for the feedback. Just made some more. I didn't want to go too graphical as it is a photography business so and to me the ones with too much graphical detail on just puts me off. I think that a photography logo should have a simple clear effective look to it. More in the field of being 'posh' if you get me but here's my designs anyway...

Looks a bit corporate to me. Like the Chase Bank Logo. maybe if we cut out the squares and make the font a little more hand written? I think they look great tho.
