Others loading pages in diff languages

    hello everyone,
    i saw some websites wher thers is drop down menu at the top. user wil select the country (flag) and page loads in tht language. how to do tht?

    can someone help?

    one way would to code each page in each language, linked to the page.
    another would be code the country flag to run through a translator before it displays the page. anyway you do it will take "you" a good bit of work to code.

    You didn't say if you wanted all the languages of the world or just a few. I can think of several different approaches to this. What skill level of coding and what programming languages do you work in?

    Here is 3 places to look.
    Google Code AJAX APIs Playground SourceForge.net: Find and Develop Open Source Software

    Another would be to download Zen Cart Ecommerce - it's open source - look at the code as to how they do it.

    If you have seen some sites, then take a look at the source code on several different sites to see which style fits your needs.
