    Just click on the image icon above the text box and type in the address where the image is hosted.
    You can also just type in the bbcode see here for more info about bbcode

    You can host your images on the internet with a free image host like Photobucket

    Sign up at Photobucket then host you image there.
    You will get a URL for your image and you can use the url here like this
