Closed I really need help!!!!!halo3 site!!!

I need to make a halo 3 website i have a domain name and have an acount with freewebs.i have a site but want to make it a halo3 site!i want it to have a fourms page to talk about stuff.home i want it to be like this site i tried to put the halo templet in to my free webs but i dont know how i will give my password and everything to a woker to heelp me plzzzz i really need this it needs to be like the halo templete in page 8! and move this if its not in the right place
