How to change picture?

When I'm just change picture with the same name in img folder, it's disappear.
What I should to do?

 

Example:
<img src="../Images/turbine.jpg" width="25%" height="15%" align="left" alt="turbine"><br>
<img src="../Images/Turbine 1.jpg" width="25%" height="15%" align="right" alt="turbine"><br>
Notice:
Turbine.jpg and Turbine 1.jpg are different pictures. By changing the name it changes the picture if both pictures and names are in the Images (img folder)
also:
<img src="../Images/turbyne.jpg" width="100%" height="100%" align="left" alt="turbine"><br>
Turbyne is a separate picture (Turbine, Turbine 1, and Turbyne) are all separate pictures with separate names but similar because the pictures are all turbines (spelling for my convenience) but spelling in "Image" folder must be identical to the picture name, and the name must be identical to the "img".
