Customization Help Riley Please...

I know that this site isn't doing the template design at the moment so I am asking if anyone would like to code a simple template into HTML format. I'll post the template as soon as it is complete.

Much help is needed because I do not know how to code. Whoever codes it will get a permanent banner or text link on my website.
