Closed HDTV Website

I am starting a store where I will be selling HDTV's, audio equipment, and home theater systems. I need a website that is very professional looking, yet easy for me to customize to add new products and take sold products off the site. I am not sure if this is going to the right place, but I am having trouble doing this myself and was wondering if anyone had some time to help me with it.
