    hey any good desighers could make me or find me a free site with

    - custom links
    - kool banner
    - no flash
    - multi - chracters
    - top games in the temp
    - kool menu boxes
    -takes up most of the page

    i need a templatew for a gaming site its going to be huge i can feel it
    to.

    if you do this for me you may have a job on my site ill get sponsers for money and give you soem of the profit

    Asking a lot there.... if you want to request an "official" template you should probably do that in the correct forum.

    But I wouldn't expect banners or graphics or links or characters.
