    I've had a quick look at this, these are PHP files located in the Zip file/web folder. To view them, as in IE (internet) you will need to have a pc or server that serves these files out the the internet or local network, something like Apache for windows, unless IIS has a plugin for this. http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/windows.html To edit the files in the web folder you can right click and edit with note pad or use third party software: free http://www.coffeecup.com/freestuff/ or payable http://www.adobe.com/products/dreamweaver/, http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/frontpage/default.aspx. These are only a few editors out there on the market.
