Graphics editing template in PS please help

Hi,

I have downloaded the steakhouse website template off this website and I am coming into a few problems. I have managed to open it successfully in Photoshop cs3 and I have edited the main logo text from steakhouse to malt n' steak (our restaurant) I have also edited the text of everything on the main page and it looks exactly how I want it to look in photoshop but then when i click save and go into the template folder and click on index it is just the same as the template was when i first started editing it.

How am i able to save all images and text that i have edited on photoshop so the changes are made to my Index and other pages? When i click save the image folder still contains all the old images.

I hope you can understand what im saying lol.

Any help would be much aprechiated
