Graphics editing an ID template .psd please help me...

please help me guys.. ive downloaded an ID template from deviantart. can someone please help me to edit this one.. instruction on how you will be going to edit is in image format and the original .psd file is included.. please please help me.. thanks a lot.. here are the files..
