Closed Club guide template where can i find that ? PLEASE HELP ME :)

Hi does somebody now where i can find club guide templates? I have looked everywhere and i cant find a club guide template PLEASE help me ! Im planing to have a club guide site and some futures that would be good on the site is that people can uppload club with pictures and text and the admin can confirm the uppload and of course a search function on age, city, close time.....

 

For example like this site www.nattklubben.se its a swedish club guide but something in style like that im looking for
