Web Design Changing template in Photoshop (i need help)

i downloaded this template https://freewebsitetemplates.com/preview/gamezone/and open the photoshop file in photoshop to edit the images and text. i got it the way i want but now how do i save it so i can edit it in dreamweaver. the original html file that came with the download has a bunch of yellow outlines and i can select the buttons to add links to them. i can also change the text in some areas and add videos and pictures. my version that i made in photoshop doesnt have any of the yellow lines or the editable text boxes. i dont know how to do this, maybe slices or something. please tell me how i can get this in my version of the template

 

Cut it and code it, or just save over the images in the image folder
