Closed Can't post to Request It forum

Hello,
I'm trying to post a new request but I'm not able to add a new thread or make replies to existing threads in that forum. Anybody else having this problem?

Are new requests not being accepted?

I'm looking for a charity template and any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
