Images of the products you sell can be larger.
E-mail a friend should be placed higher.
As for me Welcome to RetailHomeGoods.com block is too long so one should scroll down to see your Featured Products. I believe they should be visible without scrolling.

I'm sorry, but your page loads really slow, which makes me move on, almost instantly.
And everything seems...out of place.
I think it's a good start, but needs a professional to really make it nice! (and usable).
